Q:  Are the bowls and pails interchangeable in the different mounting systems?

A:  Yes, all of the bowls and pails are interchangeable.

 

Q:  I am having trouble removing the bowl from the Kennel Door Mount, how do I make this easier?

A:  Removing the bowl from the mount is a gentle process: Push on the paw proof level first before you start to pull up on the bowl.  Pulling up on the bowl before you push the lever will activate the lock.

 

Q:  Can the Kennel-Gear dishes be autoclaved?

A:  Yes, both plastic bowls and stainless steel bowls and pails.  The following pdf. will provide more information regarding our plastic bowls and autoclaving. KG_Autoclave_Info.pdf

 

Q: Are the products dishwasher safe?

A: Yes, all of the products are dishwasher safe.

 

Q:  If I break a pail, do I have to buy the whole system again?

A:  No, you can just purchase the size of pail that was damaged.  You will need to remove the Universal Mount from the damaged pail and re-mount to your new pail. 

 

Q:  What is your normal turn around time?

A:  Standard orders ship out within 48 business hours.  Larger orders may take up to 5 days.
