Are the bowls and pails interchangeable in the different mounting systems?
Yes, all of the bowls and pails are interchangeable.
I am having trouble removing the bowl from the Kennel Door Mount, how do I make this easier?
Removing the bowl from the mount is a gentle process: Push on the paw proof lever first before you start to pull up on the bowl. Pulling up on the bowl before you push the lever will activate the lock.
Can the Kennel-Gear dishes be autoclaved?
Yes, both plastic bowls and stainless steel bowls and pails.The following PDF will provide more information regarding our plastic bowls and autoclaving.
Are the products dishwasher safe?
​Yes, all of the products are dishwasher safe.
If I break a pail, do I have to buy the whole system again?
No, you can just purchase the size of pail that was damaged.
You will need to remove the Universal Mount from the damaged pail and re-mount to your new pail.
Do you have longer thumbscrews?
​Yes, we offer ¾”, 1”, 1 ¼”, and 1 ½” long thumbscrews.
